I love the weight of these needles. They feel so sturdy. I also like that they are not super shiny because they won't irritate my eyes with glare coming off them. The taper is a nice length, pointy but not too sharp. I'm using the cord that spins. I do like it and the cord doesn't curl back at me and end up in the way when I knit. This is my fourth and favorite knitters pride set.
I was going to buy a different brand but these have the features that I want and they also will be interchangeable...

I'll probably replace all non-swivel cords going forward, or at least add a swiveling segment. Also: well packaged, and Fillory handles orders very quickly!

This was a labor of love. The Malabrigo yarn was bought to match other yarns for this project. The Daisy squares were made by my friend Merry’s mom years ago and then passed along with some other yarn to another crochet friend. Merry lost everything in a wildfire 2 years ago, but the squares survived because she gave them away. We crochet-ers got together and made a blanket for her. The dark purple yarn was a great fit either the vintage Daisy squares.

My first test drive of these needles was on a sock In progress and I hated them. The next day I cast on a new sock and tried again and now I love them. I’m used to Hiya Hiya 9” and just wanted a bit longer needle. With any tiny needles you really have to relax your grip, with these, you also need to be conscious of not knitting too tightly or the yarn will catch on the join. I love the needle case and accessory case.
