I suggest once a day and build up to two times a day. I went though a “peeling stage” then I took a two/three day break and now back on if once a day and wow. I’ve never seen it this bright and the bottle isn’t even done. Only been using for two weeks now, I can’t wait to see results with continued use. It’s worth the try.
