I wish this wasn’t the case, was really looking forward to wearing it for Xmas but really doesn’t work on my hair. I like my clip ins much better. I have thick hair but can’t manage to cover the very chunky top part — the 3 clips make it very bulky and not natural at all. I have otherwise good experience with Bebonia but this I can’t wear, looks super fake unfortunately and is very expensive..

This was my second purchase. The first one was okay so I figured I’d give these extensions another try. Disappointing. I followed the instructions, tried to style and they just don’t blend out with the my texture. Took the quiz, thought it was the right match but unfortunately it wasn’t. Sadly disappointed because I really wanted to love them and wear them daily, but can’t.

I wanted black extensions for my black hair. I washed the hair as directed and the first wash the dye came out. So I had brown extensions by the first wash. The smell is horrible no mater what products I put in. There’s no option for normal hair it’s either thin or thick. Small companies need to get it together

I received my extensions after i began a dispute with the company and my bank. After a long delay the extensions were satisfactory quality but after 4 months of use every other day. I feel they already need replaced. For the price I would have liked them to last longer.

The curls I received were much looser than the ringlets in the picture. I thought if I washed the sample set the curls would spring up but they did not. The color was great but the texture is not right for 3b Afro hair.

The “spiral” set is much more coiled than pictured in all of the pictures available online. I already dyed them so I can’t return them. The quality of hair is good but I feel like the pictures didn’t do the curl pattern justice which makes it more difficult to blend with my 2c/3a hair.

Product comes from India or China (hair in these countries can be sacrificed to false gods/demonic gods if that is the case then curses will be on hair). Product was opened not used nor placed on head and refund was denied after I found out sacrifices can be done to false gods with hair from these countries. The texture and curls are good, but I would order a size bigger because I order 18 inches thinking it would be 18 inch long while being curly but they are 18 inch when they are stretched out.

I bout the honey blonde spiral a couple years. Match my 2 b-2c curl patern great. I bought the chestnut spiral last month expecting the same & it's a very tight curl for 3b-3c curl patterns. When I try to make it less of a ringlet more loose it just gets super frizzy no matter how much smooth stuff I use. Olaplex oil has nothing on it. Just oil soaked frizz. It's bad. This piece just really doesn’t work. It is impossible to hide the clear elastic under your hair; it ends up looking like you are wearing a clear thin headband. The fasteners also do not stay connected well. I will only be able to use this as regular clip-ins, if at all.

It is not “ash blonde” —it is more of a honey blonde color. I returned it (unopened) with the sample included in the mailing package, and they would not give me a full refund (minus shipping) because the ‘sample’ was missing or mishandled. This is why people do not like to deal with returns. This is why I will not be purchasing anything from them again.
