I answered expected because I always expect top quality from Hannah. My first Hanna hat recently got a hole in it after almost 20 years of constant wear. I have also owned other Hanna hats and my son owns one as well. All top quality, wouldn't buy another brand of cap. This is the first time I ordered a hat directly from Hanna and the experience was great. Again, just as expected.

I ordered a different pattern, the return was not worthwhile, so I kept it. As partial compensation, I got a 10% discount on a future purchase. Nothing to complain about the proven quality and, anyhow, this cap is doing its job properly. It's very comfortable and the backstrap allows a fine setting, i.e. a perfect fit before and after a haircut (!). Thumbs-up.

I have this hat in solid black in size medium, I wanted the same hat but in a different color. The sizing in this hat is larger than the one I own, though it has “M” tag on it. I will have to exchange it for a smaller size or just another size medium thinking it was mis-marked.

I love the hat, but it was marked a medium but far too large other Hannah hats mediums were actually mediums. This was at least 1 inch larger than the mediums. I already have. I took it to a seamstress and she is taking care of the size predicament. otherwise, I love the hat.

I live in Arizona and the linen works good for the desert climate. Hat shape is good and what I wanted. I like the look of the cap has it harkens back to those cool caps you see in pictures of old Ireland/UK and Italy. I have gotten compliments on the cap. Would purchase again.

It's a beautiful hat. I would advise if you are borderline L and XL, you should order XL. The hat fits me, but is a bit more snug than I would prefer.
