I’ll start with customer service, I ordered the wrong hat and size they got straight on the case when I emailed them and I received the hat I wanted and size brilliant customer service 10/10! Well this cap was lovely right out of the also very nice box. One can see that the folks at Hanna’s live what they are doing. There’s a really nice touch to the fabric that has been under and it is put together to perfection. Now worn everyday it fits even better and too often I sit at home and just didn’t take it off... I was expecting brighter colours, maybe a patch of yellow or red. However, I am not too disappointed. All weaves are stated to be different. It is therefore not quite the same as any other hat. It is thus my hat and is a good fit and comfortable to boot. It is going to get plenty of wear.
