I was really excited to use Modori since the pans look chic and useful but after less than a month of using it. The pan is not non-stick at all even when we put a lot of oil. We never used it in the oven or cooked in very high heat but all 3 pans we got had similar issues. 不粘鍋卻非常沾鍋🥲 睇到網站覺得幾好就決定換而家自家用緊的不粘鍋，寄到屋企因為呢一兩星期都不在家，最近呢一兩日才使用。一如既往，在鍋裡加了一大半的水，煮滾約10分鐘後倒掉。 亦用了少量食用油塗係鍋內再將多餘油分擦乾淨去開鍋。 煎蛋亦先落冷油就即刻落蛋先再開火。但都係非常的沾鍋。所以揾客服問清楚會唔會係我呢個咁啱出錯了有一點瑕疵。但客服卻一直推卸責任指責係我唔識得用，用錯咗，我人為損壞咗個鍋。話佢地出廠所有都100%無問題一定係我的問題😂👍🏻而他們的唯一解決方法就係叫我喺佢哋網上面買多一個新的鍋😅 我超級無言的。這客服絕了👍🏻 除了將官方說話一直copy and paste 和將所有責任推給你之外叫你買個新的之外，讓我發現原來買鍋也需要用運氣去買鍋🥲 祝大家好運

首先客服好唔掂，一黎就話係你溫度開太大，係客人問題，推得一乾二淨。令人感到好不忿。用左十次唔夠 之前已經覺得係粘鍋，完全唔係廣告中唔痴底，煎隻雞蛋都痴底 ,係可以洗得乾淨，不過我係煮食拍片分享家，完全影到過程 會好尷尬。。。到最近個次煎餃子，落足油都窿低都已經習慣，係估唔到會黑哂底洗唔到，真係極唔開心，都三百幾蚊一個用幾次打柴 廣告打得咁強大，不如用心研究好自己質量。真係超嬲 先打咁大篇出黎，叫人避雷！！真心淘寶都耐用過你呢個。火都黎，培訓好你既客服啦，完全無售後服務，總之個鍋係得個樣，講完。
