I am not an experienced puzzler, but liked the image so much I splurged and bought one. It is rated as 3/5 difficulty and has 300 pieces. It turned out to be an enjoyable challenge that took several hours over several days to complete. As it is laser cut from real wood the pieces don't fit extremely snugly together, so expect a tiny bit of wiggle room during assembly. I bought the puzzle as a collective gift to my family for Christmas. We left it out on the table for several days for people to do when they had the chance. We finished it three times! Everyone really enjoyed it. We particularly loved that there was such a varied level of difficulty - younger family and those with fading eyesight could do the big balloon without much issue, while those looking for a challenge worked on the clouds and background. This is my first puzzle from your company but I'm not an avid puzzler. I ordered it as soon as it was advertised because the kitty reminds me of my rascal. I love jigsaw puzzles though never did a wood puzzle before. I learned of Puzzle Lab on a PBS travel show and was amazed at what they offered. I just loved this Christmas puzzle, my first at 3 peppers hot, but managed it all myself. The clever artist's trail of puzzle breadcrumbs were fun to spot - framed pictures, last year's Christmas puzzle on the table, the black box gift in the pile, puzzle ornaments on the tree. Loved this unique puzzle with its shapes within shapes and irregular shape and pieces. The artwork is fantastic and it kept us guessing right up until the last piece. The puzzle came packaged in a nice sturdy box with a cloth bag for storage inside. The only thing that could be improved would be if it came with a larger photo of the design.
