The jacket is beautiful! Very well-made and a gorgeous color. I did have a problem at first with my order because it was lost in shipping by UPS. I contacted Thread and Vine several times via email. I wish I had a phone number you can call and talk to somebody. They did get back with me and sent me a replacement jacket. I appreciate their honesty and taking care of my order. Ok I am seriously impressed with the quality. I have one from Forever 21 and tried on the Free people one in store. This is hands down the best. It is softer and thicker than the FP one, and wayyy better than F21. Do yourself a favor and get this jacket.
