Really felt a difference with this supplement. Much more balanced. Calm and manageable symptoms, it's my second batch too, and will be sticking with it.

No issues with delivery or the product quality - I can't reasonably comment on the efficacy of the product until after a trial period and a re-test of my cholesterol levels. The tablets are quite large as others have mentioned, so I halve before taking . For now I am perfectly content that this gives me what I wanted - a cheaper way to intake sterols that doesn't generate volumes of plastic waste

I really like the B12 tablets but was very disappointed with late delivery of my subscription order due to the item being out of stock.

These capsules are for my wife who has had problems with her knees for loads of years. She has only been taking the capsules for 3 weeks and has already found some improvement, hopefully this will continue and then a 5star rating will apply. This review is too early for the total effect to have taken place. She has told a few of her friends about you already so all is positive so far!

After years of gut issues, I have finally found peace since I started this wonderful life changing product. Cannot recommend highly enough

I'm on my second 2-monthly batch. I think it's helping but I still get migraines and hot flushes etc...so I'm not really sure. I also take aswhaganda and sage at night plus black cohosh in the day. So probably too many to narrow it down...but think the whole concoction helps me stay slightly sane. I like that it's 1 a day, good value but most of all the fact the range/products were put together by two women. Hurrah

I have been buying these for my Menopause after trying various other supplements and found over time my symptoms have got better. They contain all the essential vitamins to help with menopause. They have helped me so much that I always have a spare packet so I don’t run out. Love them x

All the write ups suggest that a mix of pre and probiotics is the best formula. That's my reason for going for Innopures Lactobacillus Acidophilus capsules. I think they work for me very well. I recommend them.

Purchased for my wife. She finds that these help with many of the symptoms of the menopause. A calm wife leads to a calm life !

Innopure plant sterols work for me and I like that they are made by an independent organisation. The only downside- the tablets are big and difficult to swallow even broken in half.

The tables came very quickly. They are large but I haven't had a problem with that. Can't say if they are helping yet to reduce my cholesterol as only been taking for 2 weeks. Hopefully they will have worked for me when I have next blood test. Really want to avoid statins.

I have not used these for long but have had no negative effects. They do not leave an unpleasant taste or repeat on me.

I've only been using these for about a week so I can't really tell any difference yet in my dog. But they are easy to break open and sprinkle and he eats it up no problem!
