I ordered the large based on the sizing instructions. They were off enough to where it's not fitting correctly. Being that it didn't fit right, asked if there was an exchange option, there wasn't. So the expectancy is hope your body type fits the size they suggest. All in all, nice material, but poor policy for options if things don't fit right considering. Customer service replies within a day or two. Will not be suggesting or buying from them in the future though due to the poor return polic...

I usually wear tabi size 23cm, but 23cm of this style turned out pretty small. Also the front of the shoe is quite heavy and bulky, but the rest is light cotton so it ruffles and doesn’t look good. Not really happy with this style. Shipping was fast though.
