I suggest you remove the roll pin and dill out to 1/4 inch and replace roll pin with a solid pin. The roll pin will collapse when torque is applied. The main body is made of soft aluminum and will deform under excess torque.

This 8oz "buffer" is basically a solid piece of stainless steel with no internal "loose weights" to stop bolt bounce. Might be just what you need for a 45acp pcc build!?
