Absolutely fabulous. My strength is augmented with new complex workouts. 300 pushups daily 100 body squats 100 weighted squats lunges, shoulder and back workouts. Most times I'm at home, when it's difficult to get outdoors. No worries, I just get to it right then and there. I augmented Rich Piana's arm workout. Let me tell you, I'm filling out 2XL t-shirt sleeves, and it feels great. I see the ladies watching but I remain calm and act nonshalant
