To be honest I was a bit skeptical at first but I figured I'd give it a try anyway. With in a few days noticed a change. I was more alert, I had more energy and I was determined to keep reping it out when normally I would be like ten is enough. After two weeks I'm pushing more weight and noticing the hardness of my muscles.
