I started the alpha stack and at 66 years of age I am feeling better than before. I have been hitting the gym 5 days a week for three and a half to fours of workout. Today I hit bench press, I did 3 reps with 350lbs but hit 225 for 15 reps. I also did dumbbell rows and did 4 sets starting with 100 lb dumbbells to 125lb dumbbells. I did 8 to 10 sets of most of my exercises with ease. I can't wait to see what happens in the next few weeks. I love these products.
