I've only been using the product for 3 weeks and I've seen at least an inch to an inch and a half growth. My hair is also healthier and thicker. I'm very excited to see how long my hair will be in 6 to 10 months. I'm also using the regular strength growth serum. I would definite recommend these products to everyone. I love this serum! I braided my hair to Ted the theory and in just two short weeks I had new growth growing at rapid speed. I must say I am impressed! I dont use it everyday only because I workout 4-5 times a week and I mostly sweat in my head. My hair is usually in a protective style so I'm not washing my hair every 2 weeks like I would if my hair was out. I figured the less oil, the less it will smell from product buildup; only washing once a month. I have seen growth in this short time and I'm sure I'd see more if used it everyday.
