Completely wrong item shipped. Was supposed to be a keepsake after the passing of a family pet after 12-years. Family was left a bit baffled by the shipped item. Disappointing per the occasion and sentiment. Waiting to learn about a corrected order status. Thing happen and mistakes are made. Support/Customer Service has/had been quick to reply and touch-base. This moment of correction is where it matters most. Will update review if and when corrected product arrives.
