The bat came almost 3 ounces lighter than I ordered (I ordered a -2 it came at -4.75). I’ve tried reaching out 4 times about this issue over the course of about a week and a half with no response. I was really looking forward to using this in a game as I loved the last bat purchased from you but this bat is too light and not a weight I would use in a game. Hoping this review finds someone who will actually respond to my numerous emails (subject line: Order PS-5658). At this point I would not reo...

Bat arrived and initially looked great, but it had a bow in it. I contacted Prairie Sticks and they were willing to send a return label and offered to send a new bat. Awaiting the arrival of the new bat.

I hope this review finds the right person. I cannot speak on how well the bat plays as I have not been able to use it. I’ve sent an email with no response about an issue with my order. I did not receive my lizard skin that was suppose to be with my bat in my custom order. Paying $200+ for a bat and not having the order fulfilled is quite disappointing to say the least. Would love to talk to someone about this issue as I have not been able to use the bat because of this issue.

The bat is great. The cost and shipping was a complete nightmare. PS took zero responsibility for charging extra for shipping and left the customer to make all arrangements. Very poor customer service, very disappointing as we were repeat customer.
