It's perfect now but was not when i received it. It had 010s or larger strings on. The guitar is made for 009s. I played it in rotation with my 4 other Fenders (Ernie Balls 009.5s) and the Donner was way stiffer with the back of the bridge lifted too high. I changed the strings with a set of Ernie ball 009s i had laying around and it fixed everything. We're pretty new to digital pianos outside of using it at a friend's home. After our cross-province move a few years back we had sold our acoustic piano and hadn't gotten one for the new home until this one. I believe this is a great option for us as our space is limited and we share the house with tenants and would not want to disturb them at certain times. I'm a fan of Donner products, I already have 5 of them, so I wasn't surprised at how good this pedal is. Now the sounds are good, although a bit standard for the effect type each represents. We've had a cheap Yamaha 76-key keyboard for a while but I've been looking for a nice 88-key with better feel and sound.
