First time we bought the tencel one which is more expensive but we found that we needed to regularly change and wash them so we bought another one of the cotton. We prefer the tencel one despite being more expensive as there is more of a stretch and the mitts are different and allow ease flipping the mitts for use of hands. Bought the set of 2 mittens on 17January. Received them on 27 January.
Was excited to try them. Tried it and it did seem to work... but when i woke up in the morning and took them off, my skin was immediately itchy. I thought maybe if i used it longer, it would gradually itch less. But no difference.
Since it wasn't working, i decided to let Reuben know. I am not satisfied with the product.
Most likely not getting a refund. Maybe it works for others, but it doesn't work well for me.

A bit uncomfortable due to the size. Couldn’t fully extend fingers although the size guide was in range(wake up with some tiredness in the hand). Material is ok not the highest quality but does the job. The tip of the mitten is the stitch line which is a bit more abrasive and can damage skin. Silk quality ok and does the job. Overall, good product but needs to have higher quality material and a little improvement on the material. Great invention tho.
