Ordered 12/6 too late for Christmas but also took longer than I expected. I wish there was a customer service number that I could have spoken with someone instead of just emails. Although someone always replied the response was often vague. I was happy when I received my item had shipped email and I had a tracking number. It’s nice to have my “Jack” pillow since my buddy crossed the rainbow bridge. I miss him and love it.
