I love this pillow, I ordered two already… only thing is it should only take around 7-10 days including production and shipping. Mine took almost a month and I have to follow-up myself. Nobody reached to the customer for notification. I hope they will improve their customer service and production (short handed per my experience)… good quality but poor commitment. I want to order more, pls advise how long will it take this time?

We lost my dad in December and I bought 4 of these. One for my mom (pictured), one for both of my siblings and I couldn’t help it, one for me. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift but I couldn’t wait. They all loved it and my mom wanted to share the photo. She was married to my dad 37 years. It was a love anyone would be jealous of. I bought pillows for both my kids of our 17 year old car, Champ who recently passed. I loved the idea of having a sentimental keepsake that would help keep him close. My 12 year old cried when he opened it. He put it on his bed and sleeps with it every night. "It looks just like him when he was healthy," he told me. "I like being able to remember him that way."
