I ordered 11 pillows for Christmas gifts this year. I received 9 prior to Christmas. They are really nice pillows and the pictures are clear and crisp!! I was just frustrated that I didn’t receive them all prior to Christmas. But customer service was good and I will order from them again.

Pillow itself is great, customer service not so much. My order was suppose to arrive before the holiday, then I was told it still would only to find out the day before Christmas it wouldn’t be delivered on time. I understand holiday shopping delays but as I told them in an email, being lied to suck, I would have been way happier knowing the truth. So pillow is great but I wouldn’t order again as their customer service was non existent

I ordered this pillow for my fiancé who lost both of his grandparents while we’ve been together. I love the pillow, it’s soft and the picture even though old, you guys made it come out perfect. He hasn’t opened it yet, because it’s a Father’s Day gift, but I’m sure he’ll love more than I ever can. Now he can hug them whenever he needs to. Amazing idea.

The pillow is beautiful. I lost the love of my life in October. It has been amazing to see that face again. However, the packaging was terrible. When I received it, it was busted open, and parts of it were filthy. That was disappointing.
