I absolutely love all of the hats I’ve had made! Great quality and craftsmanship. Customer service has been great. There was a miscommunication on patch placement for one of my hats. Pecu took them back and sent new ones no questions asked. They even shipped the new ones with a different order before I had the old ones returned to them. (Didn’t even realize I had them). Would highly recommend!!

I've placed two orders with Pecu so far. Both times the products arrived super quick and the quality exceeded all expectations. Top quality product!!, it’s hard to find a hat with the leather patch actually stitched in because the heat press patches seem to always fall off and this company took it above and beyond with it we will definitely be ordering from here again plus not to mention very affordable! Awesome job

My new hats are better than I expected!! Pecu Leather were amazing to deal with, they made suggestions on small changes to the logo to ensure everything popped. The leather patch is perfect. I may never buy an off the shelf hat again. Only issue I had was a brokerage fee coming into Canada (not fully unexpected) but with shipping and brokerage it adds up on a small order.
