I was pleasantly surprised at how easily I could get up from the kneeling position. That's a big win for me. I wish the cushion was a bit softer. I'll be using a small pillow for extra comfort, but otherwise, it's nice.

I watched the video several times and still wasn’t sure about which way the chain went on. It was confusing, too fast and too small. What helped is the picture on the card in the box. I used the saw for 15 minutes and the chain jumped off. I hope all goes well from now on, because I do like it. I am 85 by the way.

My wife used this saw to trim some trees in the yard, and was very pleased with how easy it is to operate and the efficiency with which it made cuts. Only problem was that the blade guard got snagged and broke off at the attachment point (including where the screw goes), so there is now no place to attach the extra guard that came with it. Assuming that the absence of a blade guard (not ideal) does not result in any future injuries, this is a great saw!

This is strong tape and I am very happy with it. My only complaint is that it is thick and a little bulky. It has worked great so far. I mounted extension cords under my desk to get rid of unsightly wires and I mounted towel hooks on tile in my bathroom. Both have held tight and I have no reason to believe they won’t stay put.

The reason that I didn't give this tool 5 stars has nothing to do with the quality or performance. In fact for those reasons I would give it 5 stars however, there is one small annoyance when using this tool. It has NO mechanism to keep the drive bit, being used, in place. Since the tool is for driving fasteners in difficult to reach locations I find it very annoying when you finally work the drive bit into the work location and discover that the bit has fallen out of the Superbit tool. Had a hell of a time putting it together. Screw for adjusting tension fell out when I opened box and I had hell of a time putting it back right. Why don't u box it all together and make it simple? Finnally figured it out.. No help from instructions. U left that part! out!

Great tool and works well. However I spent a lot more for this vs competitive products based on the “one trigger” or “one button” control. Turns out it has the cursed safety button like all the rest. 2 buttons. This is not shown in the adds or the owners manual. So I can’t use it left handed. Luckily I can work the safety button with my limited motion right thumb. So this is deceptive advertising. I wonder if lawyers got ahold of Supertool ? Anyways otherwise it works well.

To be honest, I have not used it yet, Today or tomorrow, gonna try it out. Got it in, charged it up. I think will work out great. Feels very solid & easy to use.
