I ordered 4 mini SuperSaws for Christmas gifts. They arrived in about 10 days as stated and everyone was happy with their gift. We Love this little saw! I had ordered extra chains and there was an issue with receiving that, but they have resolved it thru customer service. I bought this for myself, and it has taken a village to help me. The directions were good, but I am not very good at visualizing how things go together. We did make one mistake though. We forgot that the battery was already attached, and my boyfriend did a job on his finger putting the chain on as the saw was operational. But that is not the saw's fault but ours. I really like the size of it and if my neighbor likes it, she may buy one for herself.

I purchased 3 of these as gifts for my husband (who is not mechanicly inclined)and 2 son-in-laws who are both considered "handy men". All 3 reported it was easy to use, works very well for landscaping, and is very quiet. FANTASTIC PRODUCT. I do need to order the charger base as this saw is not quite compatible with most of the charge base out there.

It is absolutely obvious how useful this product can be for anyone who works with their hands and hand tools. It fits every drill and every nut or bolt type, up to commercial sizes. My husband has really been giving this saw a work out. As an older gentleman using a big chainsaw would be out of the question. I purchased an extra battery so he can use one and charge one. He is difficult to buy for, but this was a winner. A remarkable purchase!!

I bought 3 of these and all three men were excited about their new tool. One opened it this morning and had already used it by 10:30. The next one opened and said he had the perfect job to use this on when he got home. The 3rd recipient welcomed it as a new tool to help put docks together with. Glad I saw the ad and thought of those three guys. Should have gotten one for myself while I was at it since they all feel it is very handy to have!

This little chain saw is a neat product BUT has a problem. There is NO safety button, so when the battery is in the chain saw it is activated. One needs to carry this product WITHOUT their finger on the trigger and facing outward from their leg. OR remove the battery when traveling with the chain saw to the work area. So, use your common sense when engaging this product.

I was sent the wrong items which was very unfortunate and inconvenient as I was purchasing the 4 XL supersckets as Christmas gifts for friends and family members along with several regular supersockets that I had purchased on a previous order. So, overall I spent an excess of $400 on within 3 orders of Superbrand tools and was quite disappointed as I didn't receive what I purchased and didn't get to gift the items as I had planned to begin with.

Please disregard my last review. My sister had gotten it from the mailbox and hadn't told me. Works just great. However, the apps I was using to track the order both said they had been delivered to an address that wasn't even close to mine.

This Much Larger version handles more heavy Heads and Bolts, with a usable depth of about 1/2" for nuts on the ends of bolts, so that you can still get on them. Very Versatile and useful tool.
