This is a great concept and actually works in practical application. Material could be a bit tougher, as it felt like it was about to rip while reaching into tight places in the engine compartment of the car though. But overall, it was very useful.

This thing is ridiculously fun to use! It cuts through small branches like the proverbial hot knife through butter. Our yard is better-trimmed than it's been for a long time, as I keep looking for more things to use it on. I have to remind myself to be careful with it, though: because it's such an easy one-handed tool I am very careful about where I put the other hand.
Speaking of safety: I didn't expect to receive safety goggles and gloves in the bundle. That is a nice touch.

I had my doubts that such a small chainsaw was able to cut as well as it was being advertised to do. I tested it out on a large branch that had broken off a large Maple tree by cutting off smaller branched between two and two and a half inches in diameter and was amazed and pleased how easily the supersaw cut through those dead branches which are even harder than a live maple branch. Very pleased. Long lasting battery. Light, except plenty of power to the chain. Don't let the size of this hand held saw fool you, just to look at it. Easily trims off the limbs of any kind of branch and then, it rips right through the 5 to 6 inch diameter branches, into easy to carry or haul lengths. No stress. I could work and work, without lugging a heavy, gas powered chain saw around, that needed to be restarted all the time!!!

For alittle saw its the most powerful little thing and the greatest of all you'd be Amazed at how many things and thick it can saw through . I'd highly Recommend this saw . I definitely love mine. The chain needed to be flipped (no indication of its orientation is given) just that it only works one way.
But once that was done It did the job that I purchased it for! Cut through many branches and a 6" Dia. limb knob as desired. it did not run out of power for what I needed done. It's small so it will store easily. the next time i need it. again, it does as was claimed. Great tool!

I rarely purchase off of TV or internet ads and I was skeptical, however, this is a GREAT little tool. I have a “big boy” chainsaw but I will not use it over my head or while on a ladder—I like body parts too much. I used this little sucker to prune lots of branches 2”-3” in diameter and it made short work of the job. Performed as advertised and better than unexpected. I discovered a couple acquaintances have them and rave about them too. Buy it!!

This is a great little saw! I am quite pleased with the performance. It performs even better than the electric chain saw that I use extensively. This little saw chews through branches very quickly.
The feature that I really like is that it only takes ONE HAND to use - which means it is ideal for those branches that require a ladder to access.

The first take-away is the price of the "Saw". The second take-away is the fact that I don't have the two extra batteries that I ordered. I also paid $149.00 for the "Saw", however the invoice that came with the "Saw" indicate that it cost $100.00. I think I should be refunded the $49.00 extra that was charged.
Other than these three take-aways there is nothing wrong with the package: In fact I like the "Little Saw", it very much will be a part of my lawn tools.

The socket adapter is amazing.. I have always been slightly frustrated installing hooks or eyes to hang gear. This year, just before Christmas I saw an add for the Socket tool that adapts to any bolt or nut and discovered it is excellant at installing hooks and eyes. I gave my son one for Christmas and he said they were used a lot at the auto service center where he worked. Especially for damaged fitting removal. I'm very pleased.

It's a repair so it hasn't been used as of yet and the original saw has never been used yet and is not in need of repair thus far so I don't know how to address this request other than parts are in perfect condition awaiting for possible repairs in the far far far distance future , but hopefully it won't come to that. At the moment it's a waiting game!!
