Unfortunately this bit was not the right bit for my horse, the 5 star rating is for the customer service and quick responses to the emails. I think the product quality is what it claims, it’s just not a match for my gelding, but I know lots of people with great success with these bit!!

I bought a bridle around Christmas time, I didn’t receive any shipping notifications at the beginning of January so I got nervous (since this is my first purchase with the store) so I emailed and the customer service was very responsive and nice! There had been delays with the manufacturer and the Tailored Equestrian express shipped my item even though I didn’t pay for that. It was very kind of them to do that since I’m sure it wasn’t cheap since I am in America.

Ultraswift delivery! Ordered on Sunday in Ireland, received on Tuesday in The Netherlands. Comfortable as ever! They seem to be improved by Devoucoux, although perhaps a tiny bit shorter than the old pair which I ordered directly from Devoucoux just over 2 years ago. Hopefully these last longer than the previous pair as I do feel they should.
