I emailed Harumio to inquire about purchasing this backpack and the whole process from initial email to receiving the item took only one week! The item was at risk of being sold out but Harumio were quick to respond and the process went very smoothly and Harumio team was able to purchase the bag on time! the whole experience with Harumio was swift and amazing - would definitely recommend Harumio if you’re looking for something only sold in Korea!

I LOVEEEEEE THEMMMMM SOO MUCHHH THEYRE ALL SO SUPER DUPER CUTEEE!!! They came a little earlier than expected and the items themselves came in good condition, but the boxes were pretty damaged. But overall they're perfect!!!

I did get the other. I would say money well spent, once again. I screamed when I got this one because of the other items as well as another coupon at the back for the game. Will get the other one again. Came in perfect condition. I just lovvveveeeee the covers so much, it's so pretty. Waiting on more solo leveling things on here.

Of course I had to get the last book a friend and add the new one. As soon as I saw the acrylic figure of Beru and the stand as well as more photo cards AND another coupon at the back for the game of course I had to get it. Everything came in perfect condition so as nothing get damaged, especially the corners. Literally just take my money. 100% would get from here again.

My first time using their personal shopper service and it was great! Once they got all the items, I was sent pictures of everything first to give the okay. Also, they let me know that I would get a refund since the shipping wasn't as much as estimated :) Everything was packed securely and arrived safely! At first I was quite worried that this site could've been a bit of scam like *cough* Gmarket. Well, turns out that's not the case at all, it came in seven days and was in secure packaging. The product is wonderful and I'm extremely thrilled about it. It even came with a freebie, which was a face mask. I bought all six stressballs and they are so cute! They are actually squishy not just small stuffed versions of the larger bears. I received my bears quickly and in perfect condition.

This item is a lot larger than I expected which was great! It came in great packaging and not damaged. I am very pleased with the items it includes. The journal is the perfect size for on the go note taking and the interchangeable color push pens are very handy on a day to day basis for me. I love that they included a picture and small photo cards as well. It truly Made my day!

It came mint condition, no problems from the seller but DHL was a huge pain, arrived to Chile in like a week but took weeks to get it out from Customs. Book is awesome, already using it, you don't need to know the language but if you wanna read the tips from the book then take a picture and upload it to Yandex so it gets translated instead of using Google Translate. I recommend it.

It took a long time to get here unfortunately but I don’t think that was harumios fault but the shipping place used, if you see sf express run lol, but it came undamaged and in great condition! very happy with my purchase!

Took awhile to ship but it was international so I didn't stress too much about it. Shipping price definitely put me in debt lol. Overall pretty cute plush. Kinda wish I could take their clothes off so I could change their outfits.

Everything looks good, the fabric poster was packed bent which is understandable, it's soft, but I really wanted to keep the backing paper that is now in the trash because it was crumpled up. Not a big deal, just personally wanted to keep it xd everything arrived super fast once it was sent out so I'll definitely order more

It arrived pretty quickly (although I did have to remove an unavailable item before this was done, so I recommend checking the order status if you’d like something quickly) and in good condition! It was protected by the plastic wrap as well as bubble wrap, and I’m excited to get it :)

The books arrived very well packaged and were exactly as described online. There was a slight delay with posting (due to a stock shortage of one of the books) but that was communicated to me early on and was swiftly dealt with. Love the books and the service provided!

YIPPEEEEE IM SO HAPPYYYYY the stuff came in pretty good shape, but one of the corners got slightly dented and damaged on both the drawing book and artbook. However, other than that it looks okay. The posters are in good condition! I'm glad I managed to get the limited edition before the stock ran out!
