I will definitely look to purchase from Harumio again in the future, as purchasing "BJ Alex" was a positive experience for me. The books arrived very well packaged and were exactly as described online. There was a slight delay with posting (due to a stock shortage of one of the books) but that was communicated to me early on and was swiftly dealt with. Love the books and the service provided!

I emailed Harumio to inquire about purchasing this backpack and the whole process from initial email to receiving the item took only one week! The item was at risk of being sold out but Harumio were quick to respond and the process went very smoothly and Harumio team was able to purchase the bag on time! the whole experience with Harumio was swift and amazing - would definitely recommend Harumio if you’re looking for something only sold in Korea!

The wait was worth it! I love the freebees that come with the album! Several photocards of the characters! The shipping was a little funky traveling across the globe to me left the books with stubbed corners but it really doesn't bother me but is still worth mentioning for other buyers who want something in mint condition.

Very cute! Just like in the pictures. They're bigger than I expected (I don't mind!), so I ended up using them as an accessory on my backpack, since they were too big for my keys. The quality is really nice, the image doesn't come off when scratched.

It had really fast delivery of around 3 to 4 days I believe, it also was of excellent quality and I spend a long time popping the bubble wrap. But the delivery did cost extra to pass it through the borders since the art book is heavy. Would totally recommend tho<3
