This product broke with one week. The twist clasp broke in half. When I messaged CanyonLeaf, I sent photos that clearly showed the broken bead. They told me to buy string and redo the beads on that. Horrible customer service and I would have been more than happy to return the item for the same necklace. I wasn’t given that option. I also purchased a matching bracelet.
