About your page settings, no one has let you know that we cannot read the front or back of ANY product, because the item is never close enought to read anything. You are correct that I ordered a two pack of Sweet Smoked Paprika. I was disappointed that the shipped product was one sweet smoked paprika and one regular paprika. I ordered what I wanted and received something else. As for the product, I haven’t used either one yet but I’m expecting to be highly satisfied.

Along with this order I was supposed to receive two saffron items. I received a notification that I would receive a refund for these items with no explanation. I had paid for the shipping and exchange rate on four items which I would not have done for two small spice bottles. The cost just not justify the purchase. I asked Kiva for an explanation but never received a reply. I’m very disappointed with Kiva and will not be ordering from them again.
