Haven't gotten to use it yet. I purchased it for fall kings. But sage has a really good reputation, and the reel is sweet. I'm sure I wont have any issues with it. All my purchases from fin & fire have been a really good experience. Highly recommend.

These are the lightest boots I ever saw. Easy on and off for this aging fly fisherman. Not cheap but you get what you pay for. Bought Cabela’s brand and they can’t hold a candle to them. Spend the extra money you won’t be disappointed. Also Finn has the best price

Paired the Rio Elite Integrated Trout Spey line with a Redington Dually Trout Spey 4 wt. . I bought it to increase casting distance. I does not disappoint. I put a OPST 7.5 ft head on it to complete the package. At 340 grains total it plain flies. Couldn't be happier.

I was looking for a longer rod that was a bit faster than your traditional Euro rods. This rod suits my style of nymphing perfectly...short line high sticking. I can also indicator nymph deep pools or runs affectively with this rod since is easy to mend my line without moving the indicator which is key. Also the best Jig Streamer rod I've used by far. Overall- great rod!

I really love the material that this bag is made from! All the zippers can be opened one handed which is a very nice detail that often comes in handy, The onyl real downsides are that the water bottle holders are a little to slim to insert one handed, and it wont stay upright when placed on the floor.

I went on a five mile hike yesterday in Shenandoah National Park along 2 rivers. Did not get over 40 degrees, colder on the shade side. The jacket kept me warm. There were some rough inclines/declines and going over and under down trees and the jacket stretched perfectly for me to maneuver around these trees without feeling it was tight on me. I'm 5'3, 125 lbs. I bought the small. The sleeves are about 2 inches too long, though. That's my only complain. Other than that, I love the jacket.

Pretty awesome knife. Feels really good in your hands. Some people complain about the knife fitting in the case but that hasn’t been my experience, it fits fine. It feels like a 200 dollar knife. (Course it’s closer to $300) Truthfully it feels more tactical than bushcraft, but I’m happy with that because this knife rocks. Good luck shopping.

Installs in half a second and makes your bad ã$$ net even more functional. I mean why wouldn’t you spend 5 more to protect an investment like a nomad net. They’re not cheap.
