It dissolves completely in my morning coffee with no taste whatsoever. Easy, convenient, priced reasonably and it WORKS. At 74 years young and a weight loss surgery patient who focuses on protein I needed some help staying regular and 1 tablespoon daily has solved any issues for me.

I started using this product about 2 years ago at a Dr. recommendation> The Dr. told me that everyone in the clinic was using it with good results. I have had good results for me and it mixes seamlessly with no taste. I use it 3 times a day and couldn't imagine ever not using it. Great product and outstanding customer service.

This stuff is great, dissolves perfectly in the coldest of drinks. Zero taste and I can meet my fiber goal. Their customer service is excellent and packaging is great. Highly recommended! I really like the individual size packets, no measuring and can take it with me to work or traveling.

Just better fiber is the best supplement I have ever used. I can use it in eggs, oatmeal, water, ground beef, and any food that the fiber can dissolve in. Great product - we've been subscribers now for over a year. We use it in our coffee every morning and tea in the evenings. Or the more-than-just-occassional evening glass of wine.
