Used it twice so far worked very well. Easy to put together, looks well made. Very happy with it so far the only thing I've noticed is that I do occasionally hit the fourth wheel from time to time. Very nice product glad I bought it!

I used my GRi 1500 Li V2 for the first time yesterday. As I was headed to the first tee, I got several compliments on the appearance. Appearance is one thing, but how the trolley handles is another. It handled nicely. It was easy to assemble and to set up at the golf course. The slope control works really well. I had a couple of questions and the service department got me squared away quickly. I love it!

Hooked up my CartTek after winter and expected to play a round. No connection from battery to remote. Sent battery in to be evaluated, would not hold a charge. Ordered a new one from Mark and received it immediately. I’m up and running! This is my 4th year w/my CartTek. Thank you.

This is simply an excellent well made remote caddy. Easy to use and easy to change from remote manual operation for close quarters. The service is also excellent. I ordered the caddy at noon one day and it was delivered to my door the next day by noon. This caddy is far better than the caddy’s that my friends have at the equal price. Hats off to the Cart tech people and I would anticipate that their excellent service will continue in the future should I need anything for the cart.

The sand and seed bottle works perfect for my Cart. Keeps the sand in the bottle while in the trunk of my car. No more spilled sand in the trunk.

As with all electro-mechanical devices, they fail after repeated use. This switch replaced a 6 and half year old BRX-950 LI with over 650 rounds, not bad for a switch that was subjected to a very lot of cycles. The new switch is exact form an function, was easy to replace and performs great.

Bag came as expected. The defect was a slight misalignment of the handle at the top of the bag. No problem for me since the bag will always be on my cart. Terrific deal.

I accidentally broke the original score card cover when my cart was going down a hill too fast (my fault) and turned over. I received the replacement score card cover within a week of ordering. The replacement fits perfectly!

I love the finger tip control knob that allows me to adjust the speed without thinking or periodically walk behind the cart with my arms swinging at my side while I think about my next shot rather than about controlling the cart. This cart is a solid piece of machinery and a game changer when it comes to walking without a bag again without the need for a caddie.

The upgrade kit is much better than the original and I am very happy with it but, there seemed to be a known problem with the old parts and I was still charged half price for the upgrade. I felt like the upgrade should have been provided at no charge.

The replacement plastic cover goes on the stainless steel scorecard holder. After 5 years my original cover broke at the hinge area due to plain overuse. This replacement gives the scorecard holder a new look and keeps the scorecard dry in damp conditions.

There are plenty of umbrella holder pictures on the site that display this item. This particular umbrella holder is a bit "beefier" and a bit less wobbly in windy conditions. I think it is the best choice.

After finishing a round of golf I notice that my front wheel of my Cart Teck (GRI 1500 Li) was wobbly. Since I was to play the next day, I temporarily fixed it with small hose clamps and split rubber washers -- it worked! Got on line and ordered the repair wheel - noticed that there was a video showing how to replace the wheel and looked at it. The new wheel came within a week and I looked at the video again - went out to the garage and relpaced the wheel in 15 minutes. Worked like a charm ...

I have an older Cart Tek unit that suddenly started malfunctioning. I reached out to Cart Tek and they responded very quickly. My motor control board needed to be replaced. Part arrived quickly. Cart is functioning properly again.

Got the seat bracket quickly from Cart Tek with the tool I needed to take the old off and put the new one on my GRI - 1500LI. Very easy to do. Parts were reasonably priced.

Assembled the cart and initially the left and right turns didn't work properly. After waking up early thinking about this problem, I put the axle on lifts and tried it again inside the garage only to discover I hadn't slid the right wheel all the way on the axle shaft. Once I did that it worked perfectly and my maiden voyage Sunday afternoon was a breeze. Also literally!

I ordered the factory blemished bag as a bag I could just keep on my cart 24/7. Here is Texas, it's getting blazing hot so some days it's walking and some days it's riding in a golf cart! Well after about 600 rounds of golf on my golf cart my tires wore out. I actually used duct tape to keep the rubber treads from coming off the wheel….. but that’s just a little embarrassing so for 35 bucks I bought new treads and the cart is running like new and looks good. It’s a little bit of a pain to get them on the wheels, but not insurmountable. I think if they rounded the edges of the wheels the tread would last longer and be easier to get new ones on. This was a cheap and easy fix....
