I play at a pretty hilly course and find that it doesn’t have good control heading downhill. To be safe I would just manually operate it and it somewhat defeats the purpose. Strapping the bag down is a bit more difficult as well as compared to other carts I’ve used. The elastic ropes with round “balls” although secure when attached are not easy to connect/disconnect. My Lithium cart battery apparently refused to charge anymore. It hadn't been used in months and was fine the last time. Mysterious! Cart-Teck checked the system out and then sold me a new - and larger capacity - battery. Still mysterious as to what was wrong.

great product e-mail after order to get the single attachment instead of the double for the drink holder. can't say anything good about fedx. The package was sitting a hour away for two days. they don't deliver till the date you gave the customer so don't put that on the fedx sheet
