It was shipped with a few scuffs but the people at grobo made it right. Also there was some wires unplugged so I had to wait till the weekday to figure out what the issue was. But all in all it's a great product for a rookie like me. It's very fun and has made me a responsible person. It looks nice in my house and not like a big black grow tent. The Grobo Premium is amazing. We have had a couple issues but nothing that couldn’t be remedied. Danielle at Grobo in the support department has been outstanding. The service Grobo provides is great and I will be purchasing another device in the future.

Great support racks for securing the branches while it's growing and for drying. The magnets are very sturdy and the metal strings can be stretched if needed. Great product and swift shipping.

Delivered promptly and eazy to set with the help of our son. The 2 nutrient sensors did not fit in their drilled holes but are in the water. The 1st seed was planted 8 days ago and has germinated. Following instructions for keeping pod wet and drained and filled at 8 days as instructed. So far its good and hoping to harvest in about 8 weeks

My Grobo started leaking.....then flooding! I was informed by Grobo customer service what it could be and try to do myself or send my Grobo In for service. I decided to do it myself with instructions from Grobo. My part was sent within a week and had it back growing! Thank you Grobo!❤️

I love the Grobo start. I have started several different type of herbs that I have now transplanted into my outdoor garden. But this product cut the timeline of my process and now have some wonderful thyme, cilantro and rosemary to enjoy. I love it, it makes my life so much easier, I always wanted to grow my weed but got really off of it seeing how complex it is and the maintenance there is, I'm a lazy dude. This really helps, I just gotta do weekly water refills and gotta do trimming. I'm down for that. They do restrict you a bit on controlling aspects like ph levels and changing certain weekly schedules notifications, they lock and automated certain things, but hey if it works, idc as long as I'm getting the most out of my plan...

To those of you who are looking at Grobo, I was unsure but "I dived In" :) Result - These guys are fabulous. My unit is a real "Class Act" - The results are truly awesome. The support at Grobo is both skilled and very friendly. Cannabis Smokers, These guys are worth supporting. 10 mins a week and a superb product at the end. Its never been easier :)))))

Truly thought out upgrade to the grobo supports the company started with!!! I used to have trouble with the plastic wiring snapping and had most of my supports broken due to glue or wire issues, now with the metal wire and weight system everything is so much easier and tidy looking! Grobo hit the mark and is always trying to make things better for their customers! 👀🌱

So far I've had the grobo for about 20 days, so I am 20 days into my first grow. I love that the grobo sends me alerts for when to change water or if I need to buy new nutrient bottles. I did notice that there was no generic autoflower recipe which would have been nice. I also would like to be able to request recipes for seeds, though for now I just used a similar type of seed and grow time. Or even just the option to rename a grow that you are doing within your grow journal would be nice. Just ...

This is my first Grobo and first grow. I am super excited and love the automation of dosing. I think there could be improvements like sharing data with the end-user via the app. Also, the door on the units does not close flush. Seems to be a design flaw but many users report the same.

These work really well for the start and then transferring. Only note is to make sure you clip enough off for covering the seed hole correctly. If not it might move around on you.
