A great indoor hydroponic growing system for a novice like myself. It was delivered within 30 days, the time frame in which was quoted due to covid-19. Easy set up with the website and there's an actual app for it to download now! I also watched Stephan on the Grobo YouTube video channel to make sure I was doing it right! Great customer service and please join the All Growers forum to help facilitate knowledge and questions. And great product with great fringe benefit. 👍

I was disappointed a canadian inventor has a product built in the states, sold for USD funds and was on dragons den stating same price in canadian funds. Great product, unfortunately it’s not a great canadian product in canadian funds.

I like the automation the Grobo provides. Wish I could see the data so I can learn what is being done/should be done. I want to know how much in nutes are being fed to the plants. I understand the Grobo was made for the novice. It should have an expert subscription so those who want the data can see it and act on it. Any other occasion I would have given four stars but customer service was so great I couldn't. I ordered a brand new premium early in the year when it arrived, I had to call customer service because it wasn't operating correctly. Then I bought a refurbished one and the same thing happened. I waited and didnt want to jump to any conclusions. So here is my thoughts on my 2 awesome machines ( VC1 & VC2 ). I got them up and running with little trouble. I have lost power a few times and both units were still connected to the WIFI when the power came back on. The unit I had before never did that. Thank you for replacing the other unit with a new one. Before buying I had a lot of questions and grobo’s support was really keen to give me all the information and help needed. After setting it up and running now for 15 days it shows why the relatively high price pays off. No experiments, clean high quality equipment and a hassle free low effort maintenance. This is super comfortable due to its automation and sets a very high quality standard which wouldn‘t be possible if you try to build this on your own.

This is the most amazing grow box every. I literally can't stop bragging about it to my friends and I think a couple of them have already placed orders. Simple to use and the fact that it works 100 percent to a T as advertised. Photo is of my Cheese Auto seed from Canik Seeds and it's only been 11 days. Love this thing and might but another if I can get a refurbished one or they go on sale for 1700 again.

I opened the package like a fat kid opening up the pie tin. I was impressed with how nicely everything fit in the box. The overall concept is great. I do feel like I’m growing my plant in a file cabinet though. The quality inspection could be better as it looks like the front glass is delaminating a bit and the light gasket is not fully installed to hide it. It’s bulging out from the frame. Grobo is by far the easiest way to get your grow started. The instructions are super clear, and dare I say it's actually a lot of fun. I cannot wait to see the results, but I cannot speak more highly about Grobo so far. On top of the device, the support has been hands down incredible - which makes it that much more worth it.

I’m having much success with this product. It successfully started (no pun intended) my seed on what seems to be a strong foot (root). I’ve attempted to start a grow in the Grobo and the start. So far, my best plant began with the start.

Little pricey but well worth it. Does everything for you and what doesn't do will give you alert for what actions needed . I've also got the grobo start. Just wish you could grow more than 1 plant. Anyway but one you won't be sorry I'm trying to figure a way to buy another one. Can't go wrong buy one!!!!

This machine does all the work for you. Just change the water once every week and keep an eye on the water temp, that's it. I feel it was a great investment. Might consider buying another one.

I grew a monster as a first timer with the grobo! The simplicity of the grobo growbox allowed me to spend more time focusing on how to make fatter buds rather than figuring out how to keep the plant alive. I did not have to worry about PH or base nutrients since its all automated!! Today day 6 a tap root was discovered to have dropped below the coco pod! 💪🏾 I drained and filled with new distilled water and pushed the coco pod up 1in. Above the tray to allow for the coco pod to dry to prevent any damping off as suggest by Todd! I have held the coco pod in place with toothpicks due to it sliding back down. The tap root is the only thing coming out the bottom no coco pod is visible. So far so good Grobo gang!

Fast shipping! Which I could purchase a large bottle to refill instead of having so many plastic bottles laying around. I also recycle the used nutrient water after water change by watering my flowerbeds and houseplants and they LOVE it!

Great so far had a little scare with the aeration pump, come to find out I moved the grobo on the first drain cycle and killed the power which stopped the aerator, after panic I determined the wifi needed to be reconnected.
