Probably more like a 4 or 4.5/5 but I rounded up because I made a last-minute request to change my order and it was a breeze. Great service is always a nice surprise. The quality of the strap is very nice, although perhaps not in line with the cost? WOW. Fruit of the loom makes an exceptionally comfortable 100% cotton shirt. And the feel under the pits and around the neck is just perfect. The high neck hides my long dark chest hair as does the longer sleeves - great fit. Excellent workmanship and the leather seems to be of solid quality. I typically like a little bit stiffer leather for my watch straps, but that's just a personal preference. Buckle is made with solid hardware and there are nice touches like engraving on the buckle. Solid watch strap and definitely would recommend.

This bit was somehow omitted from a watchband order. When I contacted CS they immediately sent me a new one, included a couple spring bars on the house and asked if I wanted a free watch band to make up for any confusion. Apparently one of the reviewers wasn't familiar with the properties of Horween Chromexcel pull-up leather. Fast shipping, nicely packaged, item as described. A reasonably-priced, handcrafted strap made in the USA. The color represented on the site was accurate. Will definitely order from Threaded again!

This is my third Threaded Leather Horween strap. As with my other two purchases, the strap is extremely well made, soft and supple, and very comfortable. I really like the quality buckle with the inscribed Threaded Leather logo and the fact that the strap has no taper. I bought my fourth Threaded Leather Horween strap yesterday. I am a customer for life.

I'm satisfied with the look and feel of the watch band. However, the first day I wore it, I was removing the watch to adjust the time, and the clasp pin disengaged from the clasp and the watch fell onto my kitchen counter. I reinserted the pin to the clasp and reattached it to band. I'm hoping it was an isolated incident. Thought you should know. Thanks.

Very nice. Mine came with smaller stitching than the one in the photo ( for instance mine has 4 stitches at the ends as opposed to the 3 on the one shown ), but I still like it very much. Top notch leather.

Fantastic leather strap. Currently resides on my Hamilton Khaki Field Mechanical Bronze. One bit of advice, if your wrist size is 7.25” or larger you might want to request they add a little length to your strap.

Second band I've bought from them, and top notch quality as usual. It would be nice to include a set spring bars as most smart watches today come with quick release, so you have to buy a pair to get these bands to work but no big deal. Hopefully they make quick release ones themselves. Either way, already looking at a couple of other color strapw from them that I'll be purchasing soon.

First off, customer service was 5-star. I ordered different lug size by mistake, I sent them an email and they fixed it. I was somewhat disappointed with the quality when I received the strap though. The pins do not sit as snug, as seen in the picture, causing the watch to move unless I wear it super tight. Also, it came with a little deformation/scuff on one of the straps.
