The shipping was quick, and ordering was easy. I turned it on, and it make some sound, i just dont know if this actually is cleaning anything or not? I didnt notice any sound difference but maybe my ear phones where not dirty to begin with? Anyway, cant say great and cant say its bad..but so far a positive experience. Just dont know if it works lol

Product seems to work well and gets my AirPods clean. However, it did take a long time to charge initially, which was worrisome, and I wish the cycles were longer instead of doing multiple short ones to ensure they're cleaner. I would definitely give 5 stars or more on customer service though! They responded very quickly to my emails! Very impressive!

It would be good to provide additional guidance that you have to take off your silicone attachments first and provide an ability to clean the inserts. I took mine off to clean and yes, the product did work after charging the base. So far so good.

It’s a cool device. I guess I was expecting it to use water along w the brushes to clean the AirPods, but it was just brushes rotating quickly. Cool product overall though.

If you are reading this, then you are probably skeptical of these reviews, much as I was. I simply wanted something to restore the audio quality of my AirPods, especially the microphone. For some reason, microphone quality continues to drop and I am on my third set of AirPods in the past few years. I still regularly clean the AirPods with alcohol, screen wipes, and mounting putty. It cleans wax more than anything. As mine was more a hearing loss than wax. I was hoping it increase the sound on my right pod, but found sucking on the pod that worked. If you have dirty pods this is the device for you.
