These are my first 5 lbs pots and I absolutely love them! They warm up rather quick and thoroughly. Due to port issues they took a few weeks to receive but customer service was very informative about everything that was happening with the shipping company, helpful, apologetic and gave a generous gift for my troubles.

i love the wax pot! i’m a licensed wax specialist and wanted to buy a wax pot to use when i’m not in the suite. i ended up giving this one a try and i already did multiple services with it, it works great, heats up easily and takes up the hairs very nicely. The only thing that worries me is that it was clicking off randomly. I think it it’s my fault for plugging it into an extension cord rather than a wall socket. I will be testing this theory later. Besides that it literally couldn’t be any more perfect. Perfect size, easy instructions and the complimentary pound of “wild honey” hard wax was so so appreciated. Especially as a student. Love it, super cute and the wax smells good. Takes practice to get use to. But once you get the technique it does work. I still need practice but i see the increase in removed hair the more i practice. My super fine arm hair does not stick well to the hard wax. But my upper lip, eyebrows, leg hair and arpits work scary well. Research safety and technique before you do places like your armpits. You might bleed like I did the first time. But now im good haha

This wax is awesome. Took a bit of a learning curve to know how to use it properly, the pulling while tacky took some getting used to, as I’m used to a hard wax that sets hard. The ONLY weird thing about it is that it has a funny smell, reminds me of Curry, or a strong spice. It wasn’t enough to give less than 5 stars, it’s just an observation.

So happy with this wax! The consistency is my favorite thing about it. I’m used to using a similar product but it’s a Canadian based wax and it’s hard to get shipped but this is my new go to.
