We tried canistel in Kauai in February and it was delicious. I was grateful that I found your company cuz you can’t buy it local in Utah. I’m Kauai the guide to us through an orchard and the fruit was just barely ripe so the texture was like a boiled egg yolk..a bit dry but sweet similar to a cooked yam If you let it get a little ripe it is like eating a custard. Our guide said to cut off the skin, microwave it with butter and add a little syrup that was good. I actually like it with a crys...
