You need to have clear instructions on the final assembly of the bikes there were no instructions included. You should also have instructions for adjusting the derailers.

The overall experience was mixed. On the plus side, the bike was a screaming deal. It was on sale and before purchasing a talked to a lot of ppl with fatties and the balance of price/performance couldn't be beat.
On the other side, here are a couple thoughts from a newbie like me, that could've gone better.

I love the Twenty9er. Its light weight. The geometry is very comfortable. The disc brakeis perfect.... But, the wheels are crap! Bent really bad off of one bunny hop. If you are just going to cruise with this bike 🚲, its perfect and beautiful. If you want to jump a curb, expect wheel repair or replacement.

It is a beautiful bike and a great value. The craftsmanship is decent and equipment is better that what you’d expect from a bike at the current price range. If I had a complaint it would be the saddle and the post not being the same quality level as the rest of the bike. I’m overall very satisfied.

Very happy with frame and build quality...paint is awesome. Great packaging and very easy to assemble. Drivetrain was pre-tuned, runs and shifts well. Took it out for a couple light trail shake down rides, very smooth and flowy at speed. Waiting for the snow before it really gets rode hard.

The Witness is awesome! But the forged cranks are gone! Replaced, not a big deal considering the price of the bike. For a light kid they may work. Look let’s all applaud Framed for doing what they do! You just can’t beat them! Obviously Framed puts the work in on frame design and this bike is no different. Excellent!!! Yeah get the bike and upgrade to your satisfaction! You can’t buy a frame and fork set for the price! Framed bikes are great!!!

I love the bike. It is a major upgrade from the 'Alaska' that I was riding previously. The components are great and the suspension significantly improves the ride and handling. I'm far more comfortable and confident on the NH roots and rocks. Bike arrived in perfect condition (unlike the 'Alaska' that I had purchased previously). Definitely a quality bike for the price. Anybody looking in to getting into the big wheel BMX bikes at a low cost this is definitely the bike for you. Disc brakes and a comfortable seat. Can't ask for much more at that price point

I bought these tires for spares , if needed for weekend trips . They look better than the tires that came stock on my Himiway cruiser. I think they are a Great Value for the money & a good Deal. I will mount them up when the original's are worn out . I'm Happy with my purchase !

Bike is very well built, and ready to roll out of the box.
I sent an inquiry through the web site about the handle bars, and best way to modify the height of the bars without disturbing the integrity of the bike. Unfortunately, I never heard back from anyone at Framed.
In the end, I went to my local bike store and paid them to put a new stem and shaped handle bars to greatly enhance the riding experience.
