The bike is very good! Unfortunately mine had some damage during the shipping, however Framed helped me to solve the problem and everything end up well. I highly recommend this company!

The Minnesota is a great bike! It's not pro quality (it also wasn't $4000) but it's got great construction & components and doesn't weigh a ton. It's quite responsive on a variety of terrain but I can't wait to try it out on packed snowmobile trails this winter! It is pretty easy to wind out the 28T front chainring on the flats so I bought a 30T and a 32T just to give me a little higher gear ratio. I'm quite happy at the price I paid and I had been looking for a fat bike for almost 3 years so t...

It’s a tank. First Fat bike. Purchased for winter riding. Took out on trails to test and now planning on getting some maxxis hookworms for mountain bike. Will be riding the Minnesota for trails.

The judgement in gray! Yeah it’s good. Tube cranks. Ok the front wheel was bent in shipping. Spoke wrench fixed that. Caliper rubbed on the front wheel and I ground a little bit off to clearance but not sure if the pin was welded a little bit off or what? Also when you put the front wheel on remember to ease into it when torquing it down. Especially if you use the safety washers. You can rock it out of the sweet spot on those things. Everyone loves it and say oh yeah Framed bikes are really good...

Ok it’s really nice! I dig everything about it but the gearing. Maybe if you just went uphill always it would be right? But hey look, it’s light weight and pretty. Wheelie’s like a dream. So change the sprocket and chain. Don’t worry about that if you want a killer 24. Framed knows how to design their frames! This bike is a winner

Love this bike so far!!! Truthfully, I bought it because it was beautiful and lightweight. And the price was right. I don't even know what components it has on it. BUT, my research says the components are the best bang for the buck. And All the other bikes "similar quality" were more expensive and ugly. I felt really, really, bad not buying from our local bike shop. But a beautiful bike makes me want to ride it more.

Searched for a Framed Alaskan because riding buddy owned one. None were available with standard fork, but Bluto fork model was available. Placed order on 10/30/22 and picked up assembled bike on 11/23/22 at The House. Added an FSA Dropper so everything was nearly the same as my MTB. First official trail ride was on Global Fat Bike Day where I travelled twelve miles at Levis Mound with a great group. The Alaskan performed fantastic! Crisp shifting and good braking. Ran 10psi pressure in tire...

Bike arrived about a week after placing the order. Came exactly as pictured and is an amazing overall value. I wish they had a dropper option. Also they should add the max tire size for 26/27.5/29+ options because they aren't easily available. Overall I have really enjoyed this bike and with some 4" studded tires will rip through the snow.

I am a 40 year old female that would best be described as an intermediate rider. We live in MT so lots of snow here. When we started fat bike shopping for me we found that most used fat bikes were within a couple hundred bucks of this bike new. I can honestly say that I did not set out looking for a full suspension fat bike, but it's definitely nice to have. My husband, our 12 year old daughter and now myself all have Framed Fat Bikes. We love how affordable they are and enjoy getting out i...

I love the bike now that it's working properly. My bike had a critical problem in that the crankset was improperly assembled at the factory. I submitted a warranty claim through Framed but never heard a word back--they never even replied or acknowledged my request. Fortunately, my local bike shop reassembled the crankset in the correct manner. Very disappointed in Framed however

I got these tires to replace the Kenda Juggernauts that were stock on my ebike. This winter was my first time riding in snow and the Kendas left something to be desired. I came across these for $30 apiece and figured I couldn't go too wrong. I'm glad that I took the chance. These bad boys are great in the snow. I'm looking forward to hitting the dirt when it warms up. That will be when I find out how much they beat out the Juggernauts, which were a little disappointing. One pleasant surprise ha...

Installing the new hanger wasn’t much more complicated than removing the wheel and backing out a screw on the hanger. Given how light and reasonably priced- I bought a second for the repair kit.

Quality road handlebar. My Framed Basswood Alloy came with flared (extremely flared) handlebars. I've always preferred regular road bars, even on a gravel bike. These were perfect for checking that box. Living in MN meant they were delivered a day after ordering them.

I was really impressed with the customer service on this one. My initial bike arrived with a large dent in the down tube. But Jared in customer service was a champion, immediately finding a solution and made things right without a bunch of questions. Framed sent a new frame to me overnight. Once built back up, the bike has performed brilliantly for me on the gravel. I swapped out the stock flair bars with standard Framed road bars and converted the wheels to tubeless. One item of note: th...

Before buying my first fat bike, I researched many others. I didn't want a 40 or 50lb bike and I also wanted quality. The bike pretty much came assembled. The only thing I had to put on was the seat, handlebars and the pedals that I purchased, so that was super convenient. The bike weighed in at 30lbs. That's actually lighter than my full suspension Giant. I'm able to cut corners like never before on this bike. On real sandy parts of the trail, I literally run right through it with full confiden...

Overall, I recommend the bike and the company, but also have to recommend having the bike assembled professionally. I hadn't owned a bike for over 20 years and thought I was just going to get this, throw it together and ride with my kids. Unfortunately, I had a number of popped tires within the first few weeks with minimal riding on mostly concrete and interestingly enough, the hole on the tube was on the inside and it looked like a spoke was coming through and puncturing it. The company work...

The build on this bike is phenomenal and it is a great ride! I've been a paved trail rider for over a decade but wanted to get a fat tire to extend the riding season along with the rest of my crew that purchased fat tires. They spent much more on their rides, but you wouldn't know the difference. If you want to enter the fat tire gang like I did, this is the bike for you.

I've been using this steed for local MTB races. First week of March, I was set to finish in third when a branch or twig got caught in the derailler a few hundred yards from the finish line. Weed worked it's way into both the pulleys and messed up both the Derailleur and the then bent the hanger as I tried to force pedal my way to the finish with a locked chain. Ended up hoofing it and finishing fifth. Found this on the website, bought it and it fits perfectly. Luckily REI had the Derailleur repl...

The bike is awesome, it’s perfect sized for my just turn seven-year-old son. The only thing I would change is the strange angled non-adjustable seat that it comes with. I had to take it off day one so my son could sit down and enjoy it.

Really fantastic bike. I’m 6’4” and got the large frame and it is working out great (I might try out a longer stem though, but not immediately necessary). I’ve ridden it a couple hundred miles so far and it has been awesome so far. Very fun!

Wheels are sweet and true! They came within 2 weeks. Very nice quality and very light compared to my stock aluminum wheels. Saved 2+ pounds per wheel and mounted tubeless with zero problems on first attempt. Saved another pound per wheel in tubes. Total savings of 6+ pounds taking my Felt DD10 Fatty to around 27 pounds. The wheels seem to be a stiffer ride which I like. I am a heavier guy at 215 pound and ride fast and hard so I can really feel the improvement. Not to mention the front en...

Such a great deal! This is a very well built bike. It arrived packed professionally and without damage. I love his bike so much I have started adding custom touches to it to make it my own. I would recommend this bike to anyone that is looking for a company that sells quality bikes that are affordable.

Carbon addiction! Carbon wheels are absolutely worth the upgrade, as fat bikes suffer from heavy wheels serving as giant gyroscopes. Suspension fork is another must. I went with the Bluto setup, as it has an arch in the front, opposed to Manitou in the back. That's where the arm for the bike carrier rests and if it was in the back, it would be scratching fork stanchions. Groupset is where I saved a bit, planning to upgrade anyway. Shimano Deore 1x10 setup works perfect as it is, serving up crisp...

I'm very happy with my new Framed Minnesota! Assembled and tuned the bike in less than an hour. I've put about 250 miles so far and no issues. The bike is capable and adding some studs makes it even better.

Bought this for my girlfriend as her first mountain bike. We do a lot of road biking, but wanted to extend our season into the winter and off the roads and into the woods and beaches. SHE LOVES IT! On her road bike she is not big on getting up out of the saddle to climb, but on this bike, feeling sure footed and comfortable in the cockpit she was up onto the pegs her first test ride. She has a small which I am going to add a dropper to make it easier for her at 5'3" to get on and off and adju...

I love this thing! I've found the equipment choices to be well considered, for both light street use and certainly for trail riding. I've yet to get it out in the snow, but with a few psi on the ground it should be a blast! Image is of my first modification: replacing the front tire with a Mazda Miata.

Got the carbon Alaskan this winter and it’s been a great bike I absolutely love it !! It’s a very fast and spunky ride makes for a excellent day on the groomed trails!! The only downfall I have to say is the rear hanger came to me bent and is made out of a very soft metal framed definitely needs to beef this up ASAP !! But with some adjustments I was able to make it rideable for the season. Framed is also impossible to contact with any issues concerning your bike this is also very frustrating:( ...

Newbie fat tire owner. No issues out of the box, it was easy to assemble and took it out on single track trails, and a 20 mi. glacier trail. I feel the components are of good quality compared to the price. I had to learn about adjusting the tire pressure the hard way. So far I've been able to ride this bike without studded tires. nice work, guys.

I’d been wanting a fat bike for a while but didn’t want to break the bank on something I only planned on using a few months of the year. In steps Framed which has given the big name brands a run for their money. The frame looks great and seems like it’s a quality product and it came with a component group found on much more expensive bikes. Would highly recommend!

Wow, what a value for the money! Hydraulic disc brakes and 100mm fork? The frame seems to be good quality as well. My 14yr old son loves this bike, his first true trail bike. You can buy upgraded tires, grips, and pedals and still be way cheaper than any other hardtail on the market.
