Super friendly, helpful, personalised service and we were delighted with the artwork. My only complaint with the mug is that the image is opposite the handle rather than on the side of the mug - makes it a little harder to appreciate and show off while using!

I bought a mug for my mum as her dearly loved Rottweiler Kayla crossed the rainbow bridge recently. She literally had tears in her eyes as she opened the package, and saw not only the mug that she will use every day, but also an A4 Rainbow print and some stickers. We had to put our very loved doggo down unexpectedly so for Xmas I wanted to get a photo done of our loved boy, and this is exactly what we got, I asked for the font to be changed and no more then 24 hours later it was done and the updated copy was sent.
