Love my new shower. Would have been much easier with two people as I did it myself, took a little longer but same results. I ordered the black then kind of disappointed the bottom coiled holes was white but I bought a black one and replaced it. Very satisfied customer and plan to buy another one for the other bathroom with the tub.

We replaced a less than 3 year old Vigo shower unit with the Zen Falls Shower Deluxe and are very happy. The power is amazing! Love the lights and temperature display. Didn’t know we needed them till we got them! The shower or waterfall option is a nice option. And a lifetime warranty is a huge bonus. Our Vigo needed cartridges changed already (at a cost to us) and we couldn't get the handle off, so a plumber cost as well. We chose to replace it with this unit instead. So glad we did! I'm still working on the rest of my master bathroom, but I put up a temporary shower curtain so that I can enjoy the shower before the shower doors arrive. I even showered in the dark a couple of times while the lighting in the bathroom was being changed. I have a guest bathroom so this wasn't due to necessity but because I love my new Zen unit so much. It's amazing!

I'm loving my new shower head and kit! Due to chronic pain I FREQUENTLY take hot baths. I really love this shower head! The water feels clean and the water pressure comes out just perfect for me. I love that I can move it around, too, and when you take it off the bracket to rinse your hair, it rinses it twice as fast because you’re holding it right up to your head. Great to get all the conditioner rinsed out well, too. Excellent customer service! I do recommend getting the hose with it. I think I’ve had it over a year now, and I love it!
