Had an incredible experience. This is my third time getting flowers from here and I haven't been let down once. I see all the negative reviews but quite honestly I don't see how they are accurate. They were ready perfectly on time, they looked beautiful and STILL DO A WHOLE WEEK LATER. This place is great.

My wife loved her Flowers for our anniversary. She talks about this company all the time and this is my second time using L&L. Both times have been flawless and the flowers were stunning. I would definitely recommend L&L if you want to send something to someone you love and its not the typical same arrangements like other florist - its even more beautiful in person and exceeds expectations.

The flowers were lovely and she really enjoyed them. However, I never got a confirmation the purchase was good through email. I received a call shortly after the order was purchased stating the order would be modified . I had to send a email to customer service the week before the delivery date because I never received a pending delivery or a status on the order. The week of delivery I finally got a response confirmation the order will be delivered.

My driver Julieth was so sweet. She was originally headed to my wife's job but the ETA was too late and my wife left before delivery. I contacted Lex and Roses by Instagram and they said she can turn around and head to my apartment where my wife and I were at the time. She arrived with a smile on her face and she even added a little piece of cake. I love you all's service!
