Love the product. Had difficulty in the first shipment (got lost). However, you guys responded to my query immediately and sent me another shipment which arrived promptly. Only thing missing was the foil cutter but given how well the cork remover works, it is no big deal. This is a great, simple and very effective way to open bottles.

Originally I was gifted a set with a foil cutter, wine topper, and the cork genius opener. Everything was great except the opener didn’t work. When I first received it I was not certain it would work as promised. I tried it and it took a little bit of effort but I did get the cork out of the bottle. An absolutely foolproof tool for opening wine bottles. Easily centered on the cork so it remains straight when pushed through the cork. Only caution is that if the cork is replaced in a bottle not completely emptied, do not place bottle back in a horizontal position on a rack. The tiny hole lets wine escape!
