Great products and great customers service:I brought 300 dollars worth of herbs and UPS made a mistake and delivered my package to the wrong address. When I was a child growing up in Jamaica the older people made cocoa sticks just like this. When I opened the bag it brought me back to my childhood. This cocoa is rich in flavor and fragrance some days I just open the package and smell it 😂 Being a raw vegan I love the fact that I can just break off my desired portion and put in my blender with warm water bay leaves cinnamon nutmeg hempseed sea moss and blend for a delicious hot cocoa all year round. This is wonderful quality Fonio Grain and the customer service is great! I continue to enjoy the Fonio Grain. I often make it as a porridge, but used it to make “sausage” Fonio patty cakes. I added seasonings, including a sweet bay leaf to the fonio and cooked it 10 mins, until thick. I cooled it down some, formed patty cakes and then seared both sides in a hot cast iron pan. I won’t bore you with my list of seasonings added.

First time having seamoss in this form. It was very easy to make. I followed the you YouTube vids. It has zero taste and it did not have fishy ocean odor. I only used a little bit more than a handful and I got two fulled jars and 1/3rd of another jar. My bag is still full. I also put about 2-3 teaspoon in my teas I just ad hot water and the gel dissolved. It has no taste. Delivery was fast as well. Package had great quality....I will re-order
