This is my first time using and buying Irish Seamoss. I love it! I will definitely live by it from now on. I have been using it in my hair for hair growth (on wash days), the massive shedding has decreased. I put it in my smoothies every morning for energy, I'm not so fatigue. I recently made a purchase of Bladderwrack powder, and Gully Root. Both items arrived in a timely matter. I usually drink the Bladderwrack in a smoothie. I feel more energetic, and my focus seems clearer. The Gully Root I use in tea form. I usually boil the roots with cinnamon, and honey. It’s very tasty this way!
