Didn't expect much until opened the box. Very nice. Glad I picked the stars notebook. Started Journaling more since I got this one. Thick paper. Double bookmark. Dotted grid paper. Doesn't bleed in. Smears a little using a Lamy alstar. Has a back pocket. Very nice will eventually get the other collab when I'm done with this one or if there are other collab designs.

Pre-ordered the Persephone notebook and absolutely love it! Amazing quality paper, only bleeds through if you put a -lot- of ink on it (think resting a dip pen on it...). Super smooth and so far I haven't had any issues with feathering. None of my fountain pens have had any problems either, which some can be kind of picky about writing well on some kinds of paper.
Looks like the cover has been changed since I ordered it, but the design is still basically the same.

Everything I hoped for! The 500-pager is remarkably thin and the paper quality is great. Shipping was prompt.
The opacity of the 68 GSM Tomoe River paper is perfect for this notebook. In the first few pages I've used Pilot Iroshizuku Ama-iro, a peacock blue ink full of character, as well as a bit of Fisher Space Pen ink. In time I'll be trying out old favorites: Noodler's, Lamy, Waterman, Sailor, and Parker.
Maybe some justification could be made to get a 300-page hardcover soonish. Hmm.

This is my second journal and purchase as well as a third purchase my wife made! We absolutely adore the art Cooper Calligraphy creates and the quality of the pages is amazing, no leaking through with my pens and highlighters (unsure about sharpies though!). This one has a slightly different tone and shade to its color and I love them both!

I chose this notebook over a Rhodia webnotebook, and it was such a good decision! The paper is lovely; I've been using it with medium fountain pen nibs and haven't had any issues with bleed-through or ghosting. The cover is understated and durable and the binding feels sturdy. I'll be buying more of these in future! Hoping to see more cover designs and colors.

The cover is gorgeous, what a beautiful design! This is my fourth notebook from Odyssey. Although I’m not a huge fan of the paper, it doesn’t detract from the notebook itself. It’s merely my personal preference. I would rate this perfect if it had 400+ pages of 52gsm Tomoe River paper, but that’s just a pipe dream! Nonetheless, I am enjoying the bright white dot grid paper, which is very thick and does crinkle slightly with moderate watercolor use (photo). I love the quality of the cover as well...

The 500 page 68 gsm Tomoe River paper dot journal is my favorite. And with this number of pages, I have zero concern of running out for the whole year. This is a wonderful journal as a bullet journal. The lay flat binding is a huge help when using the journal. The numbered pages makes it very easy to create an index for reference also. The only down side, is that it is shorter than my other A5 journals. So it doesn’t fit well in my covers. But it’s beautiful enough to use without one!

Really love my new notebook! My first try with this paper (Cosmo Air Light). Used a dark ink and a very big medium nib. Worked fantastic, and the other side of the page had no real show through, very usable. I'm a customer for life guys!

I love design and colors of this notebook! The paper is excellent as well. There is not ghosting or bleed through with any of the materials I have tested. Some of the pages do have some texture while others are smooth. The quality is as good as Archer and Olive, and with the higher page number and lower cost this notebook is a better value.

Great quality notebook. With amazing paper.
I bought this notebook because of the larger page count and the TR paper contained within. I wasn’t disappointed. It’s a touch less glossy and thinner than my 68 gsm TR notebook from Goulet, but I can bullet journal in this one.
The only only thing that would make this notebook better is a binding that was easier to lay pages at the beginning and end of the notebook flat.

This notebook is amazing! The quality is excellent. It is well made, the paper is outstanding of course, and the cover is thick, but flexible. It seems like it will be really durable so far. I definitely plan on buying more, and in other sizes, too.

I use a notebook cover so I don't have a strong opinion about cover designs, but these are attractive. I especially like the sea creatures.
